Rising prevalence of cardiovascular diseases and cancer worldwide has encouraged the high demand for warming and cooling devices. In cancer cases, the drop in body temperature results in multiplication of cancer cells in the body. Patient warming systems are used along with radiation therapy and chemotherapy to counter this problem.
